Project / Office Administrator - Immediate Start
Location: London
We’re looking for a proactive and highly organised Project / Office Administrator to join our team in central London. This is a dynamic role supporting both office operations and project delivery, offering a great opportunity to work closely with senior members of the team across construction, pre-contract and FF&E departments.
Key Responsibilities:
* Provide administrative support to the Project Director, Pre-Contract Manager, and Construction & Furniture teams
* Prepare and distribute purchase orders
* Collate and verify purchase orders and subcontractor invoices
* Maintain up-to-date drawing folders and schedules on SharePoint and on-site
* Prepare site files and compile Operation & Maintenance Manuals (O&MMs)
* Coordinate building access for staff and suppliers
* Manage and authorise timesheets for temporary staff
* Track Client Variation Orders and liaise with the Accounts department
* Support general office administration, including reception duties and welcoming visitors
* Handle incoming and outgoing communications (calls, emails, letters, parcels)
* Maintain office supplies and manage inventory (stationery, equipment, site clothing)
* Share responsibilities with the current Project Administrator
* Provide diary and general PA support to the Founder as needed
Reporting to: Project Director / Construction Director

* Strong organisational and multitasking skills
* Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
* A team player who can also work independently
* Familiarity with construction or project-based environments (desirable)
* Experience with SharePoint and basic financial admin (preferred)
