Hill & Hill are currently recruiting for an experienced Site Manager on behalf of a prestigious client delivering Super prime residential developments. The role will involve the day‑to‑day management of high‑end residential projects, ranging from single luxury dwellings to larger residential schemes, across West Sussex and surrounding areas.
The successful candidate will play a key role in ensuring projects are delivered to the highest standards of quality, safety, and programme, reflecting the expectations of a super prime client base.
Key Responsibilities
* Take full responsibility for the day‑to‑day management of site operations.
* Deliver super prime residential projects valued between £2M - £10M.
* Manage and coordinate subcontractors, trades, and suppliers on site.
* Ensure the highest standards of workmanship, quality, and finish are achieved.
* Maintain site programmes and assist in driving works to meet key milestones.
* Ensure full compliance with health & safety legislation and site procedures.
* Liaise closely with Contracts Managers, clients, architects, and consultants.
* Manage site documentation, inspections, and snagging through to handover.
* Proactively identify and resolve site‑based issues.
Key Requirements
* Proven experience as a Site Manager within super prime or high‑end residential construction.
* Strong background delivering luxury residential projects, including single dwellings and multi‑unit schemes.
* Experience working on projects valued between £2M - £10M.
* Excellent attention to detail and commitment to quality finishes.
* Strong leadership and site management skills.
* Ability to manage multiple trades and subcontractors effectively.
* SMSTS, CSCS, and First Aid qualifications essential.
* Full UK driving licence.
