An opportunity to join a London Property Developer as a Customer Service Manager, supporting and leading on a key residential apartment development in London. You will be the lead on the Customer Service Experience from exchange through the warranty period, overseeing the close-out phases of the development ahead of PC, ensuring construction teams deliver high quality and a first-class experience throughout the customer journey. You should be effective in developing and maintaining relationships with construction partners and suppliers to ensure best practices and high standards are adhered to with a proactive approach.
The ideal candidate would have experience as a Customer Service Manager with demonstrated knowledge in customer service and experience in developing a team that provides customers with a delightful, frictionless experience.
Responsibilities
* Utilize best practices within residential development and real estate to implement and provide a customer service experience on key developments in London.
* Serve as the first point of contact for customers across the entire customer journey from exchange to completion and during the 2-year warranty period.
* Provide strong communication to customers with construction updates.
* Liaise with subcontractors to ensure reported defects are addressed in a cost-effective and professional manner.
Qualifications & Experience
* Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
* 5+ years of customer service experience within Residential Real Estate in London
* Experience in a Customer Service Management role for a Property Developer or House Builder
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, etc.)
