Role Overview
As a Graduate Sales Executive at VetPlus, you'll engage with clients to drive sales and build relationships, focusing on the veterinary industry. We're seeking passionate graduates eager to develop their skills in a professional setting that values contribution and teamwork.
Key Responsibilities
* Build and maintain relationships with clients via phone, email, and face-to-face meetings.
* Use a consultative sales approach to identify opportunities and deliver tailored solutions.
* Manage a portfolio of 200-300 veterinary practices within your region.
* Conduct daily engagement activities, including meetings and presentations.
* Support a diverse range of clients, from small practices to large establishments.
Training & Development
Participate in a 42-week training program covering product knowledge, sales cycle, business skills, and relationship-building techniques.
Career Progression
VetPlus promotes from within. Many leaders started as Graduate Sales Executives, including the UK National Sales Manager and regional managers.
Requirements
* Degree with a minimum of 2:1 in any discipline.
* Interest or experience in animal health is a plus.
* Strong relationship-building and goal-oriented skills.
* Enthusiasm for customer service.
* Ability to work independently, with willingness to travel and stay away from home occasionally.
