What’s in it for you? * Work hours: Monday to Thursday 9:00am to 5:30pm, Friday 9am to 5:00pm, office-based * Salary: Up to £30,000 depending on experience * Uncapped commission * Holiday Buy Back Scheme * Birthday Leave * Volunteering Scheme * Early finish incentives * Christmas Closure * Long Service Awards * Health and Wellbeing Scheme Sales Executive Responsibilities: * Hunt down new business opportunities * Build relationships that prosper and grow * Spot what a client needs and sell them the right solution * Handle all paperwork with the support of a dedicated admin team * Get to grips with what a customer needs * Close sales, navigate objections and handle queries like a pro * Hit and beat targets Sales Executive Skills and Experience: * Someone who loves selling, loves the chase, loves closing a sale, and loves the commission * Someone who is not afraid of picking up the phone * Someone who has plenty of drive and resilience and can hold their own * Previous sales and business development experience is a must * Knowledge of the finance industry, its products and services would be an advantage but not essential * Excellent communication and negotiation skills should come as standard
