In this role, you will take ownership of the entire recruitment process, covering technical, operational, and strategic positions. You will be responsible for crafting compelling recruitment campaigns, engaging exceptional talent, and ensuring a best-in-class candidate experience.
· Design and implement multi-channel recruitment strategies tailored to the values and requirements
· Create engaging and inclusive job adverts that genuinely reflect brand and values.
· Build and maintain strong talent pipelines through proactive sourcing and effective networking.
· Collaborate with hiring managers to define role requirements and establish clear selection criteria.
· Lead interviews, assessments, and offer management processes with a people-first approach.
· Analyse market trends and monitor candidate sentiment to inform and refine hiring decisions.
· Champion diversity, equity, and inclusion in all aspects of recruitment activity.
· Support employer branding initiatives and contribute to strategic workforce planning.
· A minimum of 2 years’ experience in recruitment, ideally but not essentially within sector.
· Proven success in designing and executing strategic hiring campaigns.
· Strong understanding of candidate experience, and best practices for diversity, equity, and inclusion.
· Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
· A data-driven approach, with experience in benchmarking and market analysis.
· A genuine passion for sustainability and making a positive impact through talent acquisition.
