Role Overview
An Assistant Restaurant Manager oversees Food and Beverage operations within the Restaurant to ensure high standards of quality and service.
What will I be doing?
* Manage food and beverage service to meet high standards as defined by hotel and Hilton brand standards
* Control customer flow and facilitate interaction between front and back-of-house during service
* Maximize all sales opportunities by team members
* Maintain brand standards and high customer service levels
* Handle customer inquiries professionally
* Manage transactions accurately during service
* Oversee team schedules, stock, and wastage levels
