Role Overview
1. Pitch software solutions via discovery video calls (Teams and Zoom).
2. Manage a 51% conversion rate with an average deal size of £5K - £20K.
3. Work office-based in Manchester City Centre.
4. Enjoy a £35,000 base salary with a 3-month guaranteed period based on proof of earnings.
5. Benefit from an elite bonus structure, uncapped commission, and an OTE of £90,000 in Year 1.

7. Engage in a consultative, closing sales role with no cold calling, supported by a lead generation team of 75 and a strong partner network.

9. Participate in comprehensive training on software, CRM, and sales techniques.
Candidate Requirements
1. At least 3 years of experience in B2B solution sales in a fast-paced environment.
2. Commutable to Manchester City Centre.
3. Ambition to earn £80K - £100K+ with drive and hunger.
4. Resilience, passion, and excellent communication skills.
