As our Site Manager, you will play a key role in the daily running of the school by:
Responsibilities
* Overseeing the security, safety and cleanliness of the school site
* Managing and monitoring maintenance, repairs and minor works
* Carrying out Health & Safety checks, risk assessments and compliance tasks
* Ensuring the effective operation of heating, alarms and building systems
* Supervising cleaners and monitoring contractor work
* Keeping the school grounds and buildings clean, safe and presentable
* Supporting school events, lettings and emergency callouts when required
* Part Time – 30 hours a week – split shift role preferred – 7am to 10am / 3pm to 6pm

* Strong practical skills and able to carry out routine repairs and maintenance
