40‑hour working week (five 8‑hour shifts)
Working most Saturdays – our busiest and most rewarding sales day

The role
As a Sales Executive, you'll be at the heart of the customer experience, guiding customers through a seamless and enjoyable car‑buying journey from first enquiry to final handover. You'll take pride in delivering outstanding service while representing the quality, innovation, and excitement of the SEAT brand.
You won't be on your own — we'll provide full training and a structured onboarding programme, giving you the tools, product knowledge, and confidence to maximise your success and earnings.
What we're looking for
At least 12 months' experience as a Sales Executive in the automotive industry
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
A strong customer‑first mindset
Flexibility to work weekends
Full UK driving licence (manual and automatic)
