Job Title: Business Development Executive

Working Hours: 9 – 5 (flexible). The client would also consider part-time candidates.

Location: Office in Hull

Travel: Travelling is essential, so a driving license is required.

Prestige Recruitment Specialists are excited to partner with a well-established local client in their search for a Business Development Executive to join and grow within their existing sales team. This position may start as part-time for the right candidate.


Candidate Profile

The ideal candidate will be hardworking, modern-thinking, and full of innovative ideas to foster growth within the business. You should have an exuberant personality and enjoy working with people. This is a unique opportunity to develop within an established company that was a pioneer in its market and is currently a leader, with a strong existing database that can grow through strategic sales efforts.


Key Responsibilities

1. Lead Generation: Identifying and researching potential clients and opportunities.
2. Relationship Building: Developing and maintaining strong relationships with clients and prospects.
3. Business Development Planning: Contributing to business plans and strategies.
4. Sales Strategy: Collaborating with the sales team to develop and execute sales strategies.
5. Client Acquisition: Qualifying leads and converting them into clients.
6. Communication and Negotiation: Effectively communicating and negotiating contract terms.
7. Reporting and Analysis: Monitoring sales performance, analyzing market trends, and providing insights.
8. Market Research: Staying informed on industry trends, developments, and competitors.
9. CRM Management: Maintaining accurate records of client interactions and sales activities.
10. Teamwork and Collaboration: Working with internal teams to achieve business development goals.
