We’re looking for a self-motivated and skilled Cook to manage all aspects of food preparation and service in this stand-alone position. You’ll have the freedom to design menus, source quality ingredients, and ensure a seamless dining experience for our staff. Key Responsibilities Prepare and Serve: Cook and serve meals, snacks, and beverages with care and consistency. Menu Planning & Purchasing: Develop menus, source ingredients at the best prices, and maintain purchase receipts. Financial Accountability: Handle till readings, reconcile daily food sales, and submit reports to the accounts team. Food Hygiene Standards: Maintain up-to-date hygiene records, conduct weekly stock checks, and ensure proper stock rotation. What You’ll Need to Succeed Experience: Previous kitchen experience is essential. Certification: Level 2 Food Safety & Hygiene qualification. Passion & Drive: A can-do attitude and commitment to delivering excellent food and service.
