Salary: £60,000-£70,000 DOE
We’re looking for an experienced Employment Lawyer to join our growing, forward-thinking team at ESP Solicitors Limited, part of the WorkNest group.

The Role
You’ll provide expert employment law advice across a broad range of matters, building strong client relationships and delivering practical, solutions-based guidance.
Key responsibilities include:

* Advising clients via phone, email, and meetings
\t
* Managing a varied caseload, including Employment Tribunal matters
\t
* Drafting contracts, policies, handbooks, and settlement agreements
\t
* Delivering clear, commercial, and pragmatic legal advice
\t
* Supporting business development through articles, blogs, and training
\t
* Working collaboratively to meet client service standards and KPIs
About You
\t
* Must be UK based
\t
* Qualified Employment Lawyer (LPC/BVC or equivalent)
\t
* Strong experience in employment law, including Tribunal work
\t
* Commercially minded with excellent communication skills
\t
* Confident working independently in a remote environment
\t
* Proactive, organised, and able to manage competing priorities
\t
* Committed to delivering outstanding client service
