Role: Sales Executive

Salary: £30,000 - £35,000 + Bonus

Our client is looking for a proactive and customer-focused Internal Sales Executive to join their dynamic team. This is an office-based role focused on handling inbound sales activity, generating quotes, and processing customer orders efficiently and accurately. In addition to managing day-to-day sales operations, you will play a key role in building strong, long-term relationships with existing customers. While this role does not involve cold calling or chasing new business, it requires someone who is confident, personable, and commercially aware.
Duties:
* Respond to incoming sales inquiries via phone and email
* Prepare and send accurate quotations
* Process orders and ensure timely delivery
* Build and maintain strong relationships with existing customers
* Provide excellent customer service and support
* Work collaboratively with internal departments
Requirements:
* A minimum of 2 years' experience working in wholesale
* Ideally, at least 2 years in a sales or customer service role
