This job is the right hand to the HR Manager of a business with 100 staff. It is an administration job, taking on a variety of tasks relating to HR. HR experience isnt essential if you can demonstrate transferable skills. They are a lovely company, the environment is positive and there is a people focus. The role The HR Manager is busy and you will help with a variety of administrative type tasks. An example of some of the things you may assist with are as follows: Putting adverts together for new vacancies and posting adverts Co-ordinating CVs with line managers to arrange interviews Adding new starter information into the HR system Putting together spreadsheets and other analysis, for example for payroll or management reports Helping conduct HR inductions Being a point of contact for HR queries Writing up and storing reviews and appraisal information Organising of training The ideal candidate Part time hours need to work well for you, 15 hours per week; this could be two full days or split over 3 or 4 short days. Personal traits will include a very high attention to detail, confidentiality and good computer skills. You will need to be happy working independently as well as part of a small team.
