About The Job
We are seeking a skilled Remedy Developer to design, develop, and maintain applications within the BMC Remedy ITSM suite. We collaborate internally and externally to achieve high levels of satisfaction for our clients and ourselves. The ideal candidate will have experience in designing, developing, and implementing Remedy solutions to improve business processes and user experiences. This role requires working closely with our technology teams and Automation Development team to enhance and transform customer platforms.
Role Responsibilities
* Design, develop, and customize BMC Remedy applications, including workflows, forms, active links, and filters.
* Configure and maintain ITSM modules such as Incident Management, Problem Management, Change Management, and Asset Management, and troubleshoot and resolve issues in the Remedy environment.
* Optimize Remedy application performance and ensure scalability.
* Create and maintain technical documentation, including design specifications and user guides.
* Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to integrate Remedy with other enterprise applications and provide ongoing support, enhancements, and upgrades.
Skills & Experience
* BMC Remedy ITSM Certification.
* Understanding of ITIL framework and best practices.
* Experience with cloud‑based deployments of Remedy applications.
* Wide‑range experience developing and customizing workflows and integrations, and programming skills such as JavaScript.
* Problem‑solving and analytical approach, and ability to communicate and collaborate with people at all levels.
