We are seeking a driven and dynamic Recruitment Consultant to join our Facilities Engineering Desk. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, is passionate about client service, and is eager to carve out a long-term career within a high-performing recruitment team.
You'll be working with both established and prospective clients, offering full 360° recruitment services with strong support from our dedicated London-based Resourcing Team.
Build, maintain, and grow client relationships across the Facilities Engineering sector.
Drive new client acquisition and revenue growth through proactive outreach and strategic networking.
Full-Cycle Recruitment: Manage end-to-end recruitment, including job briefings, candidate sourcing, interviewing, client submissions, and offer management.
Candidate Engagement: Source, qualify, and nurture high-calibre candidates using multiple channels—internal CRM, job boards, and social platforms.
Stay ahead of industry trends and talent challenges, providing consultative insights to clients.
Proven experience in recruitment—preferably within Facilities Management, Engineering, or a related technical sector
