We're recruiting an experienced Site Manager to oversee a CAT B office refurbishment in Stoke-on-Trent. You'll be leading a team of 10 operatives, ensuring smooth delivery, safety compliance and high‑quality standards throughout the project.
What we're looking for:
Proven experience managing fit‑out projects
Confident overseeing teams and coordinating trades
Procore knowledge highly advantageous
Strong communicator with a hands‑on approach
Required Certifications:
SMSTS
Fire Safety
Asbestos Awareness
