We are working with a leading contractor who specialise in the hospitality & leisure markets. They have asked us to source a Site Manager to lead a 44-week development in Nottingham. This is a LWSF extension to an existing hotel due to commence early March. In an ideal world they’ve prefer somebody in the North West who’s happy to lodge away as follow on works are local.
Site Manager Requirements/Reasons to apply:
We are looking for an experienced Site Manager who is confident leading developments from £3m-£5m.
This particular scheme has a lot of work in the ground; we are looking for somebody with experience taking developments from commencement to completion
Rates will be attractive, and likely up to £300.00 per day plus living away costs.
You’ll need to hold a valid SMSTS, First Aid & CSCS to be considered.
You’ll be working with one of our key clients, with plenty of follow-on works and longevity for the right person.
