Due to continued growth, we are now looking for driven graduates to join our team as Graduate Recruitment Consultants, focusing on placing recruiters into recruitment agencies and executive search firms.

What we’re looking for
* Degree educated (2:2 or above preferred, but not essential)
* Strong interest in sales and business development
* Highly motivated and financially driven
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Ambition to build a successful career
* A competitive mindset and strong work ethic
Your role as a Graduate Recruitment Consultant
* Generating new business opportunities
* Writing and posting job adverts
* Sourcing candidates through LinkedIn and other platforms
* Screening, interviewing, and preparing candidates for roles
* Building and maintaining strong client relationships
* Working towards and exceeding targets to earn commission
What’s on offer
* £25,000–£30,000 base salary with realistic £45,000–£60,000 Year 1 earnings
