Key Responsibilities
* Conduct administration duties including answering phone calls, responding to emails and following up enquiries for our product range.
* Provide exceptional customer service before and after the sale.
* Identify potential customers through various methods.
* Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring exceptional customer service.
* Provide technical sales support (after suitable product training) to both trade and end‑user customers.
* Manage orders from technical specification (after suitable product training) through to manufacturing.
What We’re Looking For
* Proven experience in a sales role within the marine industry or a closely related sector.
* Excellent communication and negotiation skills, both written and verbal.
* Technical sales competence and ability to engage with stakeholders at all levels.
* A results‑driven, team‑oriented individual with a positive mind‑set.
* Previously worked in a customer‑interfacing role.
* Proven ability to work under own initiative and prioritise tasks and projects to achieve deadlines.
* General computer literacy and telecoms skills.
* Marine or engineering experience preferred.
Preferred Qualifications
* Passion for technical products and the Marine industry.
* Marine/engineering/business degree would be beneficial (not essential).
The role is primarily office based and a competitive salary package will be offered to candidates who demonstrate the required skills and experience. This is a full‑time role (38 hours per week).
