M&E Site Manager - Gosport Location: Gosport Contract Length: Up to 6 months Start Date: January 2026 Salary: Negotiable Clearance: MOD clearance preferred but not essential We are currently recruiting for a reliable and experienced M&E Site Manager to join our team for a project based in Gosport. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing all mechanical and electrical activities on-site, ensuring work is delivered safely, on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. Key Responsibilities Manage all M&E site activities and ensure project milestones are met. Coordinate subcontractors and ensure efficient workflow across the site. Ensure full compliance with health & safety regulations and company policies. Review drawings and specifications to ensure installations meet required standards. Maintain strong communication with the project team and report progress effectively. Ensure safe systems of work, including RAMS and permit-to-work processes. Requirements SMSTS and CSCS (essential) IOSH or NEBOSH (preferred) Proven experience as an M&E Site Manager within the construction industry Ability to read and interpret technical drawings Strong communication and leadership skills MOD clearance beneficial but not mandatory
