Responsibilities
* Respond to all inbound enquiries as quickly as possible to convert into an order, processing and managing from inbound (email/web/chat/phone) contact
* Raise contracts and administer customer orders with attention to detail to ensure we prevent queries, invoice issues and disputes at the front end of the transaction
* Work with our operations teams and those of our re-hire partners in a calm and collected way to ensure customers get the equipment they need when they need it
* Effectively cross-sell, upsell and maintain a thorough understanding of our products and services, introducing customers to new and innovative products and educating them about the full product and service offer across our divisions
* Meet and exceed sales targets and KPI's such as revenue, profitability, call volumes and quality, talk time, data enrichment
* Customer obsessed with an eye for detail, able to multitask and have good commercial awareness
* Resilience and tenacity
* Experience of inbound and outbound telesales or telemarketing, with a proven track record of achieving results by building relationships and using a consultative approach
* Professional and effective all-round communication and telephone skills to build relationships and ensure expectations are met
* Experience handling inbound phone inquiries and providing first-class customer service.
* An ability to work autonomously, demonstrating initiative and problem-solving skills to deliver results.
