Site Manager – Residential Groundworks
Location: Thurnscoe
Start: ASAP
Duration: Ongoing
Rate: £250 - £320 - Outside IR35
We are currently recruiting for an experienced Site Manager to oversee a busy residential groundworks package in Thurnscoe.
The successful candidate will have a strong background managing residential groundwork projects including roads, sewers, drainage, plot works and infrastructure packages.
Requirements:
• SMSTS
• First Aid
• CSCS Card
• Proven experience managing residential groundwork schemes
• Strong health & safety awareness
• Ability to manage subcontractors and programme delivery
Duties:
• Day-to-day site management
• Coordinating subcontractors and labour
• Ensuring works are completed safely and to programme
• Liaising with clients and senior management
• Site paperwork and reporting
