<div><h3>Sales Executive and Client Experience Specialist</h3><p>We re not looking for a typical salesperson.</p><p>We re looking for someone who understands how to guide customers towards better decisions, and in doing so, naturally increases order value and conversion.</p><p>At (url removed), we sell high-quality outdoor water features and design-led garden products to customers who care about how their space looks and feels. We focus on premium higher-value orders, better customer experience, and a more considered, design-led approach.</p><p>This role sits right at the heart of that.</p><h3>What you ll be responsible for:</h3><ul><li>Turning inbound enquiries (phone, email, live chat) into confident, higher-value sales.</li><li>Helping customers choose the right product not just the one they initially ask about.</li><li>Increasing average order value through natural, well-judged recommendations (e.g. planters, pebbles, Aqua Moda range).</li><li>Thinking in terms of complete setups, not single products.</li><li>Feeding back real customer insights to the Marketing Manager to improve product pages and conversion.</li><li>Supporting product presentation, merchandising and photography.</li></ul><h3>What we re looking for:</h3><ul><li>Experience in a <b>premium retail or consultative sales environment</b> (e.g. interiors, garden design, furniture, kitchens, bathrooms).</li><li>A natural ability to <b>build trust quickly</b> and guide conversations.</li><li>Commercial instinct you ll spot opportunities to increase order value without being pushy.</li><li>Good taste and judgement important in a design-led, higher-end space.</li><li>Confident communicator on phone, email and in person.</li><li>Comfortable working in a small team where everyone contributes.</li></ul><h3>What this role is not:</h3><ul><li>Not a call centre role.</li><li>Not a hard sales environment.</li></ul><h3>What success looks like:</h3><ul><li>Higher conversion rate from enquiries.</li><li>Increased average order value.</li><li>Customers feeling confident they ve made the right purchase.</li></ul><h3>Why join us:</h3><ul><li>Small team your impact is immediate.</li><li>Clear direction towards a more premium, design-led brand.</li><li>Opportunity to shape how we sell, not just follow a script.</li></ul></div>
