Inside Sales Representative – HealthTech SaaS Guildford, UK (Hybrid / On-site) £39,000–£42,000 base £15,000–£30,000 OTE Ready to move beyond SDR work and take full control of the sales cycle? We’re partnering with a fast-growing HealthTech SaaS company in Guildford that's redefining care through smart digital solutions. As they expand, we're helping them build a team of Inside Sales Representatives who are driven, confident closers ready to make a meaningful impact. About the Company This forward-thinking business provides innovative software to care centres across the UK and Australia, helping them deliver better, more efficient care. Their platform includes features like digital note-taking, e-prescription tools, and compliance tracking—enabling healthcare teams to focus more on people and less on paperwork. The Role This is a full-cycle sales position, ideal for someone with SDR or business development experience who’s eager to step into a closing role. You’ll manage deals from initial outreach through to signature, with support from SDRs, Account Managers, and Customer Success teams. Key Responsibilities Own the full sales process: from prospecting and discovery to negotiation and close Collaborate with SDRs to convert qualified leads into customers Use LinkedIn, email, and sales tools to run targeted outreach campaigns Build strong relationships with prospects and tailor solutions to their needs Work with Account Managers and Customer Success to identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities Maintain a well-organised CRM and accurately forecast pipeline activity Meet and exceed monthly sales targets and KPIs What They're Looking For 2 years of experience in inside sales, business development, or similar roles Proven ability to close deals and manage a full sales cycle Strong outbound prospecting skills and confidence working with decision-makers Familiarity with CRM platforms and sales enablement tools High resilience, coachability, and a growth-focused mindset Excellent communication, objection-handling, and problem-solving abilities Target-driven and self-motivated with a passion for sales success What You’ll Get Base Salary: £39,000–£42,000 On-Target Earnings: £15,000–£30,000 (uncapped commission) Defined career path with growth into senior roles or account management Full training and ongoing mentorship Join a purpose-driven company improving lives through technology Supportive, inclusive, and high-performance team culture Sound like the step up you’ve been waiting for?
