Duties
* Engage with prospective buyers to understand their needs and preferences in new home purchases.
* Conduct property tours and showcase the features of new homes, highlighting benefits and value.
* Maintain up-to-date knowledge of market trends, competitor offerings, and community developments.
* Utilise CRM system to track leads, manage customer relationships, and analyse sales data for informed decision-making.
* Collaborate with marketing teams to develop strategies that attract potential buyers.
* Provide exceptional customer service throughout the sales process, ensuring a positive experience for all clients.
* Follow up with leads and maintain ongoing communication to nurture relationships and encourage sales conversions.
Qualifications
* Proven experience in sales, preferably within the real estate or property sector.
* Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret sales data and market trends.
* Familiarity with CRM software is highly desirable.
* Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written; proficiency in Spanish is a plus.
* A self-motivated individual with a passion for helping clients find their dream homes.
* Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
* A valid drivers license
