Overview

Join the Wowcher Team - We're Hiring a Sales Executive! Location: Manchester (Embrace the office vibes - 4 days a week!) Salary: £26,000 + Commissions (OTE £50,000 - £60,000). Wowcher was established in 2011 and is a promotion marketplace that provides customers with significant savings on local businesses, travel, and consumer goods. We’ve partnered with leading brands and are looking for someone to join a fast-growing team and make a major impact from day one.


Responsibilities

* Creating excellent pitches, presentations, and proposals and negotiating to ensure a mutually beneficial deal for Wowcher, the merchant, and our growing customer base.
* Providing clients with relevant information, especially in response to enquiries about products and services.
* Continuously establishing client relationships and building a strong rapport to deliver excellent customer service and strengthen Wowcher's reputation.
* Meeting weekly KPIs and monthly sales targets.
* Engaging with new prospective clients by phone and maintaining relationships with existing contacts.
* Excellent presentation, communication, and negotiation skills with the ability to sell at all decision-making levels.
* Understanding deal structures and price points that will appeal to the consumer, and negotiating to achieve positive outcomes for the consumer, Wowcher, and the client.
* Interest in consumer trends and what types of deals will perform best as trends evolve.
* Strong objection handling skills, with the initiative to gather tools and information needed to address queries and build trust to turn objections around.
* Self-motivated team player who can exceed goals and revenue expectations, while fostering positive working relationships with colleagues and stakeholders.


Qualifications

* Eye for business-to-business sales with the ability to hit the ground running.
* Confident communicator who can engage new prospects and nurture relationships with previous collaborators.
* Smart, business-oriented mindset to understand what deal structures and price points will appeal to the consumer.
* Interest in consumer trends and how they influence deal performance.
* Strong ability to communicate, present, and negotiate at all levels.
