Job Description:
A boutique law firm specializing in Employment law is seeking an interim Employment Lawyer for ad hoc assistance, with potential for permanent hire.
The firm comprises former City lawyers and handles a steady stream of work, including approximately 10 settlement agreements weekly, as well as broader projects like employee due diligence for larger organizations.
The ideal candidate should have experience in contentious and non-contentious employment matters, including drafting employment contracts, negotiating senior employee exits, settling agreements, advising on grievance and disciplinary processes, HR compliance, dismissal advice, employment tribunals, restrictive covenants, breach of confidence, and high court enforcement.
This role is fully remote within the UK and can be structured as an ad hoc hourly or day rate position.
