Development Sales Executive - New Homes
Location: Surrey
Salary: Up to £35,000 basic + 5% bonus + £35,000 quarterly commission
Contract: Full-time, 5 days per week (including alternate weekends)

About the opportunity
An award-winning housebuilder is seeking a Development Sales Executive to join their team on a newly launch historic, luxurious and transformative development in Surrey.
This is a sales negotiator role where you'll work directly with the development sales lead, supporting the sales operation at this landmark riverside location.

Key responsibilities
* Conduct viewings and present properties to prospective buyers with professionalism and product knowledge
* Negotiate sales and guide buyers through the purchasing process from initial enquiry to exchange
* Maintain the show home and sales suite to the highest presentation standards
* Build and maintain relationships with potential buyers, solicitors and mortgage advisors
* Manage enquiries through the CRM system and ensure accurate records
* Support the development sales lead in achieving monthly and quarterly sales targets
* Provide exceptional customer service throughout the buyer journey
* Report on sales activity and market feedback to inform pricing and marketing strategies

Requirements
* Proven experience in a sales negotiator or similar property sales role
* Strong negotiation skills with the ability to close deals effectively
* Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
* Professional presentation and customer-focused approach
* Ability to work weekends on a rota basis
* Confident using CRM systems and technology
* Full UK driving licence
* Knowledge of the new homes market is advantageous
