Role Overview

* Manage planned and reactive maintenance across the school
* Ensure full compliance with H&S safeguarding and statutory requirements
* Line-manage caretakers and external contractors
* Support with school events and the smooth running of the site
Requirements
* Previous experience in a site or facilities management role
* Strong working knowledge of health & safety and compliance
* Excellent organisational and leadership skills
* Ability to carry out basic repairs and maintenance tasks
