Internal Recruiter
LHH is recruiting an experienced Internal Recruiter for a client to manage a portfolio of vacancies across all levels.
Responsibilities:
* Manage the full recruitment lifecycle from approval to offer, onboarding, and start date
* Build and maintain strong relationships with hiring managers and stakeholders
* Source and engage active and passive candidates and create talent pools
* Provide advice on recruitment best practices and market insights
* Optimise advertising channels and social media
* Maintain ATS records and provide regular reporting
* Support internal mobility and succession planning
* Collaborate on recruitment strategy and key projects
Requirements:
* Proven experience as a 360 recruiter
* Strong stakeholder management skills
* Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills
* Knowledge of employment legislation and recruitment regulations
* Highly organised with strong planning skills
Other details:
* Hybrid working with 1 to 2 days per week in the office near Lewes / East Sussex area
