Introduction: The Risk Reporting & Administration Assistant provides essential data, reporting, and administrative support to the Risk team. The role is primarily responsible for the collection, validation, maintenance, and reporting of risk data, coordinating training records and reporting activities, and supporting routine risk processes. The focus is on ensuring accurate, timely, and well-structured reporting outputs to support effective risk management and decision-making. Key Responsibilities Input, maintain, and validate data for recurring risk reports, ensuring accuracy and consistency. Produce regular reporting outputs, including tables, charts, and summaries using Excel and Power BI templates. Maintain reporting logs, trackers, and shared documentation to support the Risk Management Programme. Monitor the departmental inbox and record, categorise, and summarise enquiry volumes for reporting purposes. Track risk training completion data and prepare routine compliance and management reports. Collect required data from stakeholders and ensure timely submission for scheduled reporting cycles. Provide administrative support focused on data accuracy, record-keeping, and reporting across Risk teams. Skills Strong attention to detail with a high level of accuracy in data entry and reporting tasks. Basic Excel user (sorting, filtering, formulas, charts); experience using Power BI templates is desirable. Comfortable working with structured, repetitive reporting cycles and large datasets. Organised and methodical, with the ability to manage multiple reporting deadlines. Able to review data, identify inconsistencies, and ensure information is complete and reliable. Experience: 1-2 years' experience in a data-focused administrative, reporting, or MI support role, ideally within a corporate or professional services environment. Qualifications: A-level education (or equivalent) required; further education or degree preferred but not essential. Basic Excel skills and familiarity with Microsoft 365 tools.
