We are currently recruiting a Labourer for a permanent position working across two new build housing sites. This role would suit a reliable, hard‑working individual who is happy to travel between sites and is looking for long‑term, stable employment within the construction industry.
1. Hourly rate: £ per hour
2. Hours: 39 hours per week (Monday to Friday)
3. Contract: Permanent
4. Holidays: 24 days annual leave plus bank holidays
5. Saturday work: Available and paid at overtime rate
Your new role
6. General labouring duties on new build residential housing sites
7. Assisting trades including bricklayers, joiners, plumbers, electricians, and site managers
8. Loading out and moving materials around site
9. Ensuring plots, walkways, and work areas are kept clean, safe, and tidy
10. Assisting with deliveries and unloading materials
11. Adhering to all health & safety regulations on site
12. Travelling between two sites as required to support site operations
What you'll need to succeed
13. Previous experience as a site labourer (new build housing experience preferred)
14. Valid CSCS card
15. Full UK driving licence and ability to drive between sites
16. Reliable, punctual, and flexible approach to work
