Antal are working exclusively with a leading Social and Healthcare provider to recruit a Senior Data Engineer / Data Architect who is passionate about designing modern data architecture that delivers real outcomes, improves access to data, and enables data-informed decision-making.

Hybrid role – Mainly remote with meetings held on a quarterly basis in London or Manchester
Reporting directly to the Head of Data & Analytics, you will play a key role in shaping how the organisation accesses, manages, and uses data. You will also contribute significantly to the mid- and long-term Data Strategy, helping to build a trusted and scalable data foundation.
Key Responsibilities
* Design and develop modern, scalable data architecture
* Create strong data models across analytical, semantic, and reporting layers
* Implement solid data management and governance practices
* Support integration of internal and external data sources
* Work closely with stakeholders, suppliers, and technical partners to deliver data solutions
Key Skills & Experience
* Strong experience with Microsoft cloud data services including Microsoft Fabric
* Hands-on expertise in SQL Server, Databricks, Power BI, and Tableau
* Strong data modelling skills and experience working with large datasets
* Confident managing complex stakeholder relationships
* A passion for innovation and continuous improvement
* Experience working with sensitive, regulated, or mission-critical data
* Experience with Enterprise Service Bus (ESB) technologies
