The successful candidate will play a key role in supporting the HR department with a range of administrative duties, contributing to the smooth operation of people development and training processes.
Key Responsibilities
* Provide general administrative support to the HR team
* Process and manage funded training requests
* Monitor and respond to people development tickets
* Maintain and update internal HR databases accurately
* Handle incoming and outgoing emails in a professional manner
* Perform additional HR-related administrative tasks as required
Required Skills and Experience
* Previous experience in an administrative role, ideally within an HR environment
* Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
* Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
* Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
* Experience working with databases or HR systems
* Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion
