About the Role
We are seeking a confident and values‑driven Safeguarding Manager (internally known as National Safe Aquatics Manager) to lead the operational delivery of safeguarding across Swim England.
This is a key leadership role within the Safe Aquatics team, responsible for managing safeguarding operations, supporting National Safe Aquatics Officers, and ensuring safeguarding concerns are managed, investigated and resolved to the highest standards.
You will play a central role in strengthening safeguarding culture across the sport — working collaboratively with internal teams, regions, counties, clubs and external partners to promote a person‑centred, preventative and high‑quality safeguarding environment.
