What You’ll Do
* Run full recruitment cycles
* Own role briefs and partner closely with hiring managers
* Source talent through job boards, LinkedIn, headhunting & referrals
* Build pipelines for high-demand roles to stay ahead of project needs
* Coordinate interviews, offers, onboarding, and compliance
* Use our ATS to keep everything running smoothly
* Champion our employer brand and help bring top talent into the business
