Role: Site Manager
Location: Ripon
Rate: £270 per day CIS (8-hour day, Monday to Friday)
Contract: 6 months work
About the Role:
We are recruiting on behalf of a bespoke housebuilder for a Site Manager to oversee the build and refurb of a bespoke housing site in Ripon, North Yorkshire.
Key Requirements:
Proven experience in delivering high-end housing projects
Strong focus on Health & Safety (H&S)
Exceptional attention to quality and detail
Experience managing subcontractors
Ability to conduct Toolbox Talks and RAMS
Effective reporting to the Contract Manager
Awareness of local community considerations
Ability to interpret architectural designs and plans
