We are delighted to support a well-established client in recruiting a Service Sales Representative to join their friendly and growing team.

This is a people‑focused, relationship‑driven role, ideal for someone who enjoys connecting with customers, understanding their needs, and ensuring a smooth service experience from start to finish. You’ll play a key part in developing new opportunities, supporting existing accounts, and contributing to the overall success of the wider sales function.

Key Responsibilities

* Build and maintain strong, positive relationships with new and existing clients

* Manage service accounts, including renewals and ongoing customer support

* Identify and develop new business opportunities

* Confidently present and demonstrate the company’s service offering

* Resolve customer enquiries and issues promptly to ensure a high level of satisfaction

* Consistently work toward agreed sales targets and timelines

* Collaborate effectively with colleagues across departments

* Follow up with clients to ensure the delivery meets expectations and standards.

* Previous exposure to coordinating contracts, renewals, or account‑management tasks

* Excellent communication and influencing skills across all levels

* Demonstrated commercial awareness and the ability to identify opportunities

* Ability to prioritise tasks, manage time effectively, and work to deadlines

* Proficiency with spreadsheets or data‑tracking tools
