We are seeking a motivated and business-minded individual to join our team as a Business Developer to help drive growth, improve operations, and shape the future of our practice.
Responsibilities
* Develop and implement strategies to attract new patients and retain existing ones.
* Manage and grow marketing campaigns (social media, community outreach, local advertising).
* Analyse practice performance and identify opportunities for improvement.
* Assist in streamlining operations and supporting daily business functions.
* Research and develop new growth opportunities, including partnerships and events.
* Provide regular reports and updates to management.
Requirements
* Currently studying for an MBA (preferred: in the middle of your programme) or recently graduated.
* Strong business development, marketing, or healthcare management knowledge.
* Excellent organisational, analytical, and communication skills.
* Self-motivated, proactive, and results-driven.
* Ability to think creatively and bring new ideas to the table.
* Comfortable working in a professional healthcare setting.
