We are looking for a highly motivated ICT Service Desk Manager to join our award-winning organisation and support us in achieving our ambitions and building on our achievements to date. We need an experienced and talented individual to help us continue delivering an excellent user experience for our colleagues and customers. This is a great opportunity for the right person to contribute significantly to our ongoing development and success.
The role - What I’ll be doing
1. Responsible for the delivery of an efficient and effective ICT Service Desk.
2. Liaison with internal customers and external third parties.
3. Supporting procurement of new suppliers.
4. Line management of System Support Analysts and Service Desk Advisors.
5. Maintenance of asset and application registers and documentation for ICT Service.
What we’re looking for
1. Experience of resolving problems at Tier 2 and above.
2. Knowledge of data protection legislation and how it applies to ICT, including cyber security.
3. Experience with Azure AD Connect, Conditional Access, Microsoft stacks, and related technologies.
4. Experience working within a Cloud or Hybrid environment providing technical support.
5. Experience liaising with third parties to effectively resolve ICT issues.
6. Good business awareness.
7. Previous line management experience is desirable.
