Responsibilities
* Provide exceptional customer service and guidance to prospective holiday homeowners.
* Leverage product training to help families secure their ideal holiday home at Haven.
* Build and maintain relationships with existing owners, guiding them through part-exchange experiences.
Qualifications
* Proven Sales Experience: Previous experience in roles such as Caravan Sales Advisor, Car Sales Executive, Estate Agent, or similar sales positions.
* Exceptional Communication Skills: Self-motivated, confident, and passionate about delivering top-tier customer experiences.
* Results-Driven Sales Professional: Experience in a target-driven environment, especially with high-value sales.
* Financial Acumen: Familiarity with financial governance and credit processes is a plus.
* Full UK Driving License: Beneficial but not essential for the role.
