Slinger/Signaller - Birmingham
O’Neill and Brennan have a vacancy for a Slinger Signaller to work on a busy construction site in Shrewsbury. Working hours will be from 7.00am till 6.00pm. (This could be subject to change on site)
Applicants must hold a valid BLUE CPCS or NPORS Card and have previous experience working as a Slinger/Signaller
Slinger Signaller duties:
1. Direct Crane with the use of a radio or hand signals.
2. Work within the confines of a lifting plan created by an Appointed Person.
3. Work under the supervision of a Lifting Coordinator.
4. Sling materials as per the lifting plan.
5. Visual checks on lifting equipment including chains, strops, cradles, stillages etc.
