Greenhouse OS is growing fast, and we’re looking for a smart, energetic, commercially-minded salesperson to help us scale. Your mission?
Generate £500,000+ ARR per year by helping estate and letting agents adopt the UK’s most advanced operating system for estate agency.
You’ll meet agents across the UK, run demos, build relationships, and close deals. You’ll report directly to me, and you’ll play a pivotal role in how the business grows over the next 12–24 months.
Experience in proptech or estate agency is an advantage — but not essential.
What is essential is that you can build trust quickly, communicate clearly, and you’re driven by results.

What you’ll be doing
* Meeting estate agencies across the UK and demonstrating the power of Greenhouse OS
* Running discovery calls, demos and presentations
* Managing a strong pipeline and closing new ARR
* Feeding insights back into product development
* Becoming a trusted advisor to the UK’s most ambitious agents
Compensation
£35k–£50k basic
£70k–£100k OTE depending on experience and track record
