HR Administrator


Job Title : HR Administrator


Location : Remote working, may have to visit the Westminster office


- Hourly Rate : £13 - £14


- Duration: 3 months Temporary


- Working Pattern : Full Time, 9:30am-5:30pm (30min break) 37.5hrs a week



Are you looking for a short-term opportunity to showcase your HR administration skills? Look no further! We are currently seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented HR Administrator to join our client's team, a prominent political party. This is a temporary position with a duration of 3 months, offering full-time hours and an hourly rate of £13 - £14.



Responsibilities :



1. Compliance : Ensure all necessary compliance measures are taken, including conducting right to work checks, DBS checks, and references.

2. Onboarding : Assist with the onboarding process for new employees, ensuring a smooth and seamless transition into the organisation.

3. Recruitment Support : Provide administrative support to the recruitment team, including placing adverts on websites and managing the payroll folder for new starters.

4. Systems and Tools : Utilise various tools, such as Google, Meet, and Docs, to streamline HR processes and ensure efficient communication within the team.




Skills and Experience Desired :



5. Previous experience in HR administration,

6. Knowledge of the Cezanne HR system is desired.

7. Strong attention to detail and organisational skills.

8. Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

9. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
