With a commission-driven structure, you have the potential to earn between 30% to 80% of your production. We offer Medical, Dental, Vision, and a 401K benefit.
Responsibilities
* Develop and maintain relationships with clients, hiring managers, and job candidates
* Assist clients in filling urgent job positions
* Identify qualified candidates and connect them with clients for placements
* Utilize our recruiting tools and materials effectively
* Conduct thorough candidate screenings and prepare them for the interview
* Negotiate job offers with candidates on behalf of clients
* Conduct reference checks on candidates
Qualifications
* Outstanding verbal and written communication skills
* A proactive approach in sourcing clients and candidates through high outbound call activity
* Comfortable building relationships over the phone
* Strong ethical values and integrity
* Effective negotiation skills
* While a degree is preferred, we welcome candidates from all backgrounds.
