The Opportunity:
Linsco are looking for an experienced Site Manager to join their clients team on a 6-month freelance contract based on a site in Bicester.
This role is ideal for a highly organised individual with a strong background in site management on secure or public sector projects. A valid Black or Gold CSCS card, SMSTS, and First Aid certification are essential. Security clearance is required and will be processed after your start date.
Key Responsibilities:
* Oversee day-to-day site operations and ensure compliance with H&S and project specifications
* Manage subcontractors and ensure site is running to programme
* Maintain site records and documentation in line with clients standards
* Coordinate with project stakeholders
* Ensure safe and secure working practices are maintained at all times
Requirements:
* Proven experience as a Site Manager, ideally on public sector or secure-site projects
* Black or Gold CSCS Card
* Strong communication and organisational skills
