What You’ll Be Doing
* Sell vacation ownership products through a structured, compliant, and ethical sales presentation.
* Deliver engaging member updates, both face‑to‑face and via Microsoft Teams.
* Build and maintain strong relationships with members, owners, and guests to create trust, rapport, and confidence in our products.
* Meet and exceed sales efficiency targets (including volume per guest).
* Complete all required Company training and compliance programmes.
* Adhere to all company policies, procedures, and professional standards.
What We’re Looking For
We’re seeking individuals who are passionate about sales and love working with people. You’ll be a great fit if you bring:
Qualifications & Experience
* No formal qualifications required
* Experience in a sales‑driven environment is preferred
* Fluent English (written and verbal)
* Reasonable numeracy skills
* Ability to understand and follow verbal and written instructions
Key Skills & Abilities
* Ability to conduct yourself professionally and ethically at all times
* Strong IT skills, including confidence using online conferencing platforms and delivering presentations
* Ability to perform well in a busy, high‑energy environment with frequent interruptions
* Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build effective working relationships internally and externally
Working Hours
You will work 40 hours per week, across 5 days out of 7, with flexibility required to meet business needs.
