Site Manager Blyth 40 hours per week 10-week contract We are currently seeking an experienced Site Manager to oversee a 10-week social housing project based in Blyth. This is a hands-on role requiring strong leadership, excellent organisational skills, and a proactive approach to health and safety and programme delivery. Key Responsibilities: Oversee day-to-day site operations Manage subcontractors and trades on site Ensure works are delivered safely, on time, and to a high standard Maintain site records and documentation Conduct toolbox talks and ensure full compliance with H&S regulations Liaise with clients, tenants, and senior management Requirements: Valid CSCS Card SMSTS (Site Management Safety Training Scheme) Valid First Aid at Work Certificate Proven experience managing social housing or residential projects Strong leadership and communication skills Ability to commit to 40 hours per week for the full 10-week duration What We Offer: Competitive rate (CIS) Immediate start available Opportunity to work with an established contractor If you are an experienced Site Manager available for your next contract in Blyth, we would like to hear from you
